How couple therapy at Ila helps

What sessions look like
- 90-minute online sessions, usually every week or two.
- Mostly together, sometimes one-to-one.
- Join from the same room, or from two places if you live apart.

What if my partner doesn't want to come?
You can start on your own. Individual sessions can still change how things feel at home, and many partners join later.
Is couple therapy only for couples in crisis?
No. Many couples come before marriage, after a baby, or simply to communicate better.
Will the counsellor take sides?
No. Your psychologist's job is to help you both be heard and understood, not to judge.
